How It Works

• Free Consultation: Your journey with us begins with a one-on-one consultation, where we have a chat with you to understand your requirements and concerns to customize our services accordingly. We will colour match your hair and allow you to try on and get to grips with what wearing a unit will look and feel like and provide you with all the relevant information to prepare you for your installation appointment. • Main Installation Appointment: Scheduled within 5 to 14 days post-consultation, your main installation appointment will take approximately 2 hours. During this time, we will expertly install and style your new hair unit and we will also equip you with the essential information and aftercare guidance. We are also proud to offer the use of Clearpay as a payment option which will allow you to be able to break your payments up into more manageable instalments

• Maintenance appointments : We recommend visiting us every 2 - 4 weeks for a maintenance appointment. Here, we will delicately remove cleanse and treat your hair unit ensuring it remains in the best condition. We will also cut , wash and restyle your bio hair.

• Aftercare: After your main appointment we will give you all the information and advice you need to upkeep your hair in between maintenance appointments. With diligent care, and by following our maintenance advice your unit can last between 4 to 6 months.
